What data do we process?
- Quote request form: company name, first and last name, phone, email, city, country, business type, notes, and the products and carton quantities in your quote list.
- Contact form: name, phone, email, subject and message.
- WhatsApp: your phone number and message when you write to us on WhatsApp.
- Technical data: IP address, browser information and usage data collected through cookies.
Purposes and legal basis
We process your data to respond to your quote and sample requests, manage the order and shipping process, answer your questions and keep the site running securely. The legal basis is that processing is necessary for the establishment of a contract and for our legitimate interests under Article 5(2) of KVKK. For analytics cookies, we rely on your explicit consent.
Transfers
Your data is not transferred to third parties for sales purposes. It may be shared with our service providers, such as email infrastructure, hosting and analytics services (Google), only to the extent the service requires; some of these providers have servers outside Turkey.
Retention period
We keep quote and contact records for as long as the business relationship requires and for the duration of our legal retention obligations; when that period ends, they are deleted or anonymized.

Your rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information, to ask for its correction or deletion, to learn the parties to whom it has been transferred, to object, and to claim compensation for damages.
