Sushi container sizes and size chart
The number of pieces on the menu determines the size. Small suits a 6-8 piece single portion, while X large suits a sharing tray of 24 pieces or more. All sizes are 50 mm high, so nigiri and maki sit side by side in the same set.

What is the minimum order quantity?
We take orders by the carton; pieces per carton range from 200 to 400 depending on the size. For regular purchases, we plan by the pallet.
