Hummus containers: buying guide
Hummus containers are PP containers with locking lids, Ø101 and Ø116 mm in diameter, designed for filling hummus, meze and dips. Dipack makes hummus containers in nine volumes from 125 cc to 1000 cc with matching lids, and sells them wholesale direct from the manufacturer to meze and ready-meal producers.

All containers except the 850 cc model use a Ø101 mm rim diameter, so a single lid model fits the different volumes. The 850 cc model is made with a Ø116 mm diameter and uses its own lid. Sleeve and carton quantities are standardized at 2000 pieces for high-volume filling lines.

Why choose PP hummus containers with locking lids?
PP keeps its shape with acidic and oily products, so hummus, tahini and yogurt-based meze do not deform over their shelf life. The locking lid keeps the container leak-proof and also withstands freezer temperatures. As a result, the clear body shows the product on the shelf, and the container keeps the same form from the filling line to the shelf.

What material are hummus containers made of?
Dipack makes its hummus containers from food-contact safe PP. This is why the container keeps its shape with acidic and oily products.
Does one lid fit all sizes?
The Ø101 lid fits every Ø101 container from 125 cc to 1000 cc. The 850 cc model uses the Ø116 lid.
Are they suitable for filling lines?
Yes, sleeve and carton quantities are standardized at 2000 pieces for high-volume filling. The locking lid also closes quickly on automatic lidding lines.
What is the minimum order quantity?
We take orders by the carton; pieces per carton range from 500 to 2000. For regular purchases, we plan by the pallet.
Do you send samples?
Yes, we send samples of the size you choose, so you can test them on your filling line before moving to a wholesale order.
